Same here I got the email same as yours but I did everything they instruct on mail but I didn't get that stuff till yet. What's the best way to contact them directly.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven’t received your perk yet. Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery. Tracking numbers are not available.
If it has been longer than 6 weeks from when you ordered your perk, please go to the FAQs page on the redemption website, and input your unique code into the “Need more help” section at the bottom. From there, select “I never received my perk” and double check that we have your shipping information correct. Our shipping team will look into it and get back to you.

I got this email and redeem but yet no response . Do you have any idea where to share this issue where they can make their implementation on spam email issues.

Google is anyway spending so much money on this. They might as well help us with the tracking numbers and save us from the trouble.
