I can't upload videos to Google Maps from Laptop

Since today, I can't upload videos to Google Maps. They are systematically rejected (mov or mp4)

I can upload them from my phone via the Google Maps app and I can upload photos from my laptop.

How can we solve this issue?

I uploaded 3 videos earlier today with no problems. But I noticed that they were available only under From Mobile and not in the album i created and used to upload the stil photos frem. 

Maybe the spam filter is acting up again.
