According to Help document, https://support.google.com/local-guides/answer/6225851?hl=en , we can earn our Local Guides badges in Maps upon reaching Level 4.

 

From time to time, Google can announcement location and time specific Perks to LocalGuides.  Please monitor the News and Updates section here in Connect:
