What is with the personal rights of the people at your pictures?

In Germany I need a declaration of allowance, if I want to make the pictures public. With the signature of each person. 

Only if more than 15 persons on the picture, I dont need the signature.

If I could save a favorite post, it would be this post. I love taking photos wide wide angles, dramatic lighting or monochrome elements and adding them to my map reviews. Its one of the biggest reasons I love contributing to maps. I love taking photos and looking at how others share their view of a certain location.
