Thanks for your Video guidance, But I think its for adding a new place rather than typing local name in Sindhi for the Place name in English.

@SindhiWikipedia there is one option that you download sindhi language Keyboard and can write text in your Sindhi language but i think primary language should only be English but not confirmed   @KlaudiyaG @HelloJess will guide you better

Places, in Google Maps, are added in only one language, because the local languages are derived by Google. However, if you find that a certain name is incorrect, feel free to report it by following the steps here.

If you notice errors in Google Maps such as:

• Incorrect road names
• Wrong info about one-way and two-way roads
• Incorrectly drawn road
• Road closures
• A road on the map doesn't exist
• Missing roads
• Wrong addresses or marker locations
