Holidays (for people who work hard or study with devotion) start soon. We all have time to try some recipes at home or trying new restaurants when hanging out with friends.
This simple challenge aims to show the food affinities of each member.

In order to start, this is my simple contribution:
- The national dish i like is Ojja. It's made of tomato sauce with eggs and chili pepper (with Beef Saucisson, or prawns ). I like it because it's simple to make and rich in flavors. It costs 5 USD in average.
2. My best foreign dish is "Boeuf Bourguignon" (It's a stew of beef braised in beef broth with garlic, herbs (parsley, bay leaf, thyme) onions and mushrooms). The price is about 15 USD.

I just got back from my home country, so I'll play along 🙂
Fave national dish - Sate. Average cost USD $2-3. This is probably one of the most iconic food from Indonesia. Grilled chicken/beef/lamb on skewers, grilled and covered with peanut sauce. So delicious. Maps Link: Sate Sapi Pak Kempleng
Fave foreign dish - Sushi. Average cost - No clue. There's just too much variable. I like it because it tastes delicious with very minimal processing. Very satisfying. Maps link: Daiwa Sushi
