Hi everyone,

There are so many meals I now want to try. 🙂 One of my favourite dishes in Sofia (Bulgaria) is Pile s oriz (Пиле с ориз), which literally means chicken with rice. Here's a photo of how a typical pile s oriz looks:

The photo is not mine though, I borrowed it from a Bulgarian recipe website.

@MahabubMunna, is this pumpkin in the Kacchi Biriani? And what type of meat is used? Similarly to Lacci, we have Ayran here in Bulgaria. I think it's originally a Turkish drink, but it's very common here as well.
