I recently found some 1 star reviews that seemed totally out of place for a small business that I regularly frequent.
A quick search of the names on the reviews showed that the negative reviews are all from friends and family of a competing small business owner. This lead me back to the reviews for the attacking business. About half of the positive reviews for this business come from friends and associates for this business.
I've reported these reviews multiple times as being a conflict of interest but they haven't been removed. Without the ability to show some basic supporting evidence it would be hard to see why its a conflict.
Is there somewhere that I can elaborate on this without posting anyone's information to a public forum?
