I might have missed quite a bit here. Could anyone please let me know if its 'mandatory' to introduce ourselves in that 'Introduce yourself April' thread in order to proceed with the Local Guide Summit Application? 

    My question might sound very naive to most of you, but someone actually brought it up and I wanted to double check before I submit my application
