@Badruddeen thanks for sharing! But unfortunately this is a trick, the "report a problem" page is intended for giving a feedback while the application should give you an option to download back your photos by recognizing your ownership via authentication. In simpler words, if I logged-in, it should understand that I uploaded this image by myself, thus providing and option to download. The same download function should not be available to non-owners since GDPR and copyright in my opinion. And unfortunately if you "just download Google Photos app" - will not work if I did not store the image there. If I uploaded it from my local storage.
