Hi! @SheilaD, only Google employees on the Local Guides team have the Google Moderator badge/are Google moderators.

 

Regarding jobs, you can view all opportunities at Google on the Google website, specifically: https://www.google.com/about/careers/

There is no application or nomination process. Keep contributing and engaging with your fellow Local Guides and the Local Guides team will be in touch if you are selected. 🙂
