Chowmahalla palace was home to the royal family of Hyderabad from 1750 to 1950, it is beautifully restored in 2010 which won it the UNESCO cultural heritage restoration prize. We will explore the magestic architecture, amazing collection of armory, photos and cars which is absolutely mesmerizing!

 

You can take photos in royal costumes for ₹100, entry fees for palace is ₹50 and camera fee is ₹50 for the local guides wanting to bring DSLR's.

 

There is ample parking available for a nominal charge. Snacks and refreshments are available in the palace cafeteria at reasonable prices.

 

Please come in comfortable walking shoes to enjoy Sunday morning photo walk, we will meet near the ticket counter at the entrance.
