Cannot suggest address or map marker change

I can't seem to be able to change the pin location or address for a business in my area. Right now it simply shows the city and state in the address field and the pin appears in the middle of the road in front of the shopping center. Any ideas as to why, or how to fix it?

I have contacted her and she is very kind but not too great with technology. I let her know about the issue and she told me that she got help from google because her pin ended up somewhere in the Pacific Ocean before. Is there anything she can do to let us local guides fix it for her?

1. Only owner of this business can find it perfectly by using the brand account.
