Can't edit point (gas stations)

 Does anybody know why it's impossible to edit some POIs? I've found several gas stations that need to be updated but there is no way to edit it, for example:

Thank you. I'm still a little bit surprised why gas stations can't be added to the map?

Regarding mentioned POI - I can edit most of them except several stations. What's the difference between them?
