Hello @Azrie_johari, I believe you are referring to the Q&A feature on Maps instead? You can report both the question and/or the answer if either are inappropriate. On the top right corner of the question or answer, tap on the 3 dots and select "Report". There will be a list of justifications for the report - select one and the process is complete!

Is it possible to add this information for public buildings that are NOT restaurants or retail establishments? For example, is there a way to add this to government or school buildings? I don't see these questions popping up for those kinds of places, even though surely people need the information there as well as at a restaurant.

I too would like to see more general use buildings and areas be available to post accessibility information.
I know that when I can I take a pic of the accessibility or make some mention of it in my review.

"How could Google Map turns the accessible on every places ON?"
Hello,
I'm in Bangkok, Thailand.
We're the only group who working on for the accessible issues in Thailand especially the transportation accessible.
I've found that Google map turns Accessible=ON on many metro train station and the information is wrong.
Let see for sample: this is BTS Sa-la-daeng (https://goo.gl/maps/GuSpskmGjLB2) and Google map said 'the station is accessible' which is not quite right.
On this station BTS they have only 1 elevator (and slope) / and they should have at lease other one on the another side of the road, Google Map should says something like 'Partial Accessible'.
I'd like to query that:
