@Eire27, yes, you are right that this will be something for childhood memory... This is maybe also the reason why my older son (15) did manage last night, that he come with us.
So, now we are 3 and my boys call it „men trip“. Not sure what to find next year for my daughter...
About the trip with your daughter, maybe you can go to Greece? The road along the Adriatic coast is very scenic and passes through Croatia, Montenegro and Albania on the way to Greece.
The itinerary very much depends on your daughter's age, preferences and interests, of course. This is just something that popped into my head. 🙂
