Trouble getting website info

This weekend I stopped at several places looking to fill out missing "website" info.  Most of them when asked about an official website they pointed me to their Facebook Page.   I found that very interesting.

Business Pages in FB and G+ are allowed as Business Website for Places in Maps.

 

The Landing Page should directly open the page of the Business.

 

Short URLs not allowed.
