For that to work every cafe/restaurant involved would need to publish that day's special online so that Google would have something to point at. Do many businesses do that? The nature of a 'special' in catering is that it is often decided at the last minute, depending on what ingredients the chef needs to get rid of. Places don't usually have the time to publicise that beyond writing on a chalk board - and wiping it off when it runs out.
