Permission to access Google map maker

Hello 

Community moderators,

Can it possible to Google map maker give region wise some special permission to access GMM ?

Now this days we are seeing here many post from about missing roads on map. 

Send feedback option is very frustrating for all people. After sending feedback it's taking very longer time to update on Google maps. We have sended many feedbacks in past months but no any response by team. It's not good for map users. 

Please thought about this topic.
