Local Guides cannot add or edit roads on the Google Maps, but what you can do is send a feedback on Google Maps. To do that, please follow the guidelines on our Help Center.
About 'closure opening', would you please describe your idea in more details as I don't exactly understand what it means?
I believe OP was trying to ask how to indicate that the road that was closed is now open. I found this thread looking for precisely that.
A small road close due to reconstruction and we got no notice of how long it will last. So I marked it closed, but can't find a way to indicate that it is now reopened.
