Local Guide announcements in Traditional Chinese / Non English languages

Hi there

 

I wonder if the Local Guide email announcements in other languages are auto translated via Google Translate or there are actually someone who penned them?

 

I got one in Traditional Chinese and it reads weird. It is not wrong per se, but it doesn't flow and reads rather clunky.

 

I know there is need to keep cost in line and Google is an English dominated company.. but you are asking users to voluntarily collect information for you. Ease of reading and clear instructions should be a priority.

 

I would recommend Google set a threshold, obviously if there are some obscure languages Google Translate is fine, but for some user base that are large enough e.g. Spanish, Chinese and Indi, it might be worth it to use a human translator!
