Hi @Breuer,

I need to check if those emails will be targeted only to LGs in specific region or not.

Sometimes, regional limitations are based on different criteria:

1.  Based on the location of the Places

2.  Based on the realtime location of the User (ip address, etc.)

3.  Based on the Hometown we specified in our LG Homepage.

Hi, thanks for the video link. Yes I would appreciate if the menu would look like in your video, but the menu (still) looks different in my view.

I'm also having this issue. The update seems to only have rolled out for SOME users. Which, from what I can see, hasn't been mentioned anywhere.

Why send out the e-mail if it's not available to everyone?

Feature roll out do take time.

Persoanlly, I had a feature (Give Thumbs Up to Reviews) lacking for a few months.  After report it, it take further 2 months to get it fixed.

First of all, I suggest to check with following LGs in your, to see if they have that feature or not.

Secondly, please confirm if you are using personal Google account of GSuite account.

Once we can confirm if the issue is Region Specific or Account Specific, we can ask our Google Moderators to help look into the issue.

I checked it now also with a GSuite Account. Same situation. No lists     😞

My region is Southern Germany (Stuttgart).

Sure, @YK1001. My region is USA, NorthWest. I do not know any others in this area personally.

Also, I'm using a personal account, not a GSuite account.
