[Issue] Contributions list : i havent been here option - places still show in list

The contributions list shows all places I've apparently been and awaiting for possible review.

 

I have some places I've chosen "I haven't been here" from the ellipsis but they keep showing up in my list.

 

Possible bug?

Similarly if I click "Dismiss" then they also keep coming back.

(My expectation for Dismiss option it that yes I've been there but I don't wish to comment on this place so keep in my locations history but just don't show in contributions prompt lost again)
