Grrr, points deletion and it's increasing occurances

I know it's been discussed, but i can't understand how Google encourages a community and sharing and creates a social review map/ system yet has no way for users to monitor there content and determine exactly why points are removed. 

I've never had point fluctuations untill I reached Level 4, now it happens every day, but i cant track and see what points assessed for what content and them, clearly, see why points were lost. I love stealing points! Robble robble !

Question: When I login, and go to My Contributions it shows 60+ reviews. When i count the acrual reviews, its over 135+...why is there a discrepancy?
