Draw Buildings/ Roads in Maps for Review

So as a local guide, perhaps one of the few in my area, we have a lot of missing buildings on our street maps. With Map Maker no longer an option, we don't have a way to trace out a building and add it or review. This includes several roads in the area that are missing. I can compare them to OpenStreet Map, 9/10 are more accurate than the Google Street Map version. In my mind, that leaves a lot of room for improvement on our side as there are far more users of Google Maps than of Open Street Map.

Google does not allow users to create, and will not act on requests for Google to create, building outlines, or "footprints" as they call them.  Google has it's own methods and timelines, which they do not disclose, for getting building footprints added to their maps.

Google adds/edits some roads on their maps by their own proprietary methods, some get added/edited by data from authorized sources, and some are added/edited by feedback from regular users like you and me.
