Yes, I have encounter this issue from time to time. And suddenly it will be gone, and came back and gone and came back.
I cannot isolate the cause of this issue.
Just that I will avoid typing at the bottom line of the input box. (I will create an extra line at the bottom while typing, and remove it before posting when ever I encounter this issue.)
