Add review question answer part in Public toilet

In south Asian side different type of Public toilets  . few are only for male few are only for female . both also . there also additional system change cloths  or take bath . so can possible add this type Question in Toilet review , there available dress change room  ( Y/N) . there washroom available (Y/N)

Also add question there toilet service Free or paid

This is a good idea for POIs like service/petrol stations that, depending on the size, may or may not have bathroom/toilet facilities.

But I believe you're talking about adding more metadata to a toilet block POI itself. In which case, there have already been several passionate discussions over on the Google MapMaker forums, and I think it would be great if you added your points there as well!
