El santuario de Santa María del Olm es una iglesia de Ventalló (Alt Empordà) protegida como bien cultural de interés local, situada al noroeste de Pelacalç y a levante del municipio de Ventalló al que pertenece. Desde la carretera GIV-6301 entre los núcleos de Montiró y Pelacalç, se toma un desvío a mano derecha para llegar al lugar
