An update on Local Guides events

We’ve seen many of you ask about the return of Connect Live in 2022. In light of recent global events and the ongoing pandemic, we have made the difficult decision to not host an in-person event this year. 

The last two years have shown us that COVID-19 outbreaks can happen anywhere and at any time. Local rules and regulations can change quickly, affecting international travel and gatherings. This makes it almost impossible to create the safe, enjoyable event that our community deserves. 

We appreciate your continued understanding, and we want to assure you — our team is always thinking about how we can recognize your amazing contributions. Keep an eye out for more exciting news here on Connect over the coming months.
