Contact Attendees

Every time I/we  find it difficult to meet or gather local guides attending to my/our meetups, couple of times I had to do the meetup alone.

Why ? fake attendees ? not sure..

• Yes Meetup location is mentioned in the meetup post but sometimes it’s difficult to Gather in a crowded place or complicated locations

• Sometimes if attendees were late there is no way to contact the host and join the meetup

• In situations localguides move around during the meetup and miss the host and other localguides

*If there is a way to communicate between host and attendees, it will be easy and helpful in many ways

It is indeed important to communicate with the attendees of a Meet-up, as follow up to that please make sure to check the post regarding after approval, where you may communicate.
