Can we have a more visible guidance on how to create a good post for each board/categoryy?

So with the way Connect is setup right now, most people will go to a specific category, then create the post from there. I noticed there are still a LOT of posts that either don't follow the respective category, or they're just borderline spamming (random subject line, random photos, no content in the body of the post, for example). 

Can I suggest that there's a guidance to create a good post for each category? Somewhere visible when they're trying to create a post. I created a quick mockup of what I meant, which should explain better of what I'm trying to say:

*slight typo on the image.. it should say 'Welcome to Photography board' not rules.. too lazy to re-edit the image 😛
