A friend of mine went on a boat ride at Patterson Lakes which is a suburb in Melbourne, Australia. He shared some of his photos with me to share with local guides as part of this #ChristmasInMyCity challenge. His name is Nick Cetrola. These homes are built around a lake - to enjoy the decorations, you have to access it on a boat.

I don’t think I’ve come across any city that has that. To have synchronised music playing through your car radio as well. I can only imagine what an experience this would be. I would have loved to go through this avenue of lights with an open topped vehicle.
