Yes Ermes, the elaboration process is quite different and makes the Sherry Wine special.
As you said , perfect maridate with the cold startes like prawns, cured ham or mature cheese.
I am totally agree with you Karen that we don´t stop learning on Connect :)))
Maybe you could find some of the Sherrys on your grocery store … They go from the most dry (Fino Wine) to the ultrasweet. These are the ones we degustated and depend on the occasion I preferred one or another
