Hello! Yes. I have the same problem. For two days now, views on all new photos have been reset to 0, but on old ones there are views, but the views have stopped.

My Google Map account has stopped updating (and acknowledging new photos) the photo views figures for 3 days now. I’m a level 7 local guide and my view total has been struck, even with new photos being posted. Can anyone help? Is it an app issue? Thanks for any help you can provide.

Yes this is a known issue. In general some people have been getting updates in total numbers while at the same time having individual images drop in substantially in the number of views. The issue has been elevated but no news about when it will be resolved. When Oddities like this have occurred before they are usually resolved in three or four days.
By the way, congratulations on your place in the video Leaderboards.

Good morning @Rosa the fact that views on individual photos are not shown or show a number of several weeks ago was already reported two days ago. It seems to be a problem with servers. A Google Moderator did confirm it was recognized and reported to the responsible team, but until now, I did not see any indication whether, when or how it will be solved.

Unfortunately, after the “fix” last week, the photo count has once again stopped.
Even stranger, the last two photos have no information at all. Both were uploaded several days ago yet don’t state when the photos were uploaded or a view count.
My video view counter has also now stopped.
Any help or ideas again greatly received.

The algorithm is very sensitive and sometimes, the posts are not validated. Send to the moderators or repost it.

Ich habe den Eindruck, dass Google Maps, in der Ansicht und zeitlich zurück gegangen ist. Vielleicht ist das für irgendwelche Arbeiten erforderlich.
