I don’t think you have done anything wrong!
I started to suffer from the same problem 3 days ago.
As I upload videos almost daily, it was easy to see the point in which our friends in Maps decided to reject all of the videos.
Same duration/resolution/styling videos worked without a problem and now all videos got rejected with “violation of policy” message.
I suspect it is a system problem/server issue which is causing video rejection - unfortunaely the messaging is frustratingly useless.
I’m surprised many more prople are not complaining - Maybe it does not impact everyone?
As this problem can be a pain if not treated quickly I’m calling on few more top guides to confirm if they got the same problem:
