My recent reviews are all public, which is really great! I wondered if the Team are still working on hidden photographs? I have about 70 photographs hidden from reviews between 18 months and two years ago. They were published with the reviews at the time but now the reviews remain but the pictures do not. I’m approaching 50 million image views and I can imagine that I would achieve this more quickly if my hidden images were visible.

I also noticed that my review counter has gone down? It currently says that I have 611 reviews but 612 of these are helpful, which cannot be correct.

Normaly my reviews are back after 2 weeks of waiting.

Now i am waiting since last year i think.

They also didnt looked into my photo’s… its been more then 2 months ago i think.

Can u verify this?

@TsekoV last update on this problem was 30 september 2021 when do there gonna be a breaktrough? In a few months this problem will be 2 years in the system… sad story.

One and a half month later and still nothing… Still reviews uploaded with photos that never appear… Still missing reviews of the past… 6 months after my first report…

At least remove the tag “RESOLVED” from the thread so it will look less ridiculous…

@Bobiisha I agree with what @el_escorpion has to say. The tag “RESOLVED” must be removed from the subject line.

Not sure if my issue of hidden reviews has been resolved yet, but providing a few other thoughts. I simply feel that once the Google AI program filters 1 review for some reason, it filters all others out. I am quite sure its happening in my case and I am seeing this as a common pattern based on the comments people are placing. Also, I feel that if the AI program filters a review, then it must at least send an email to the user on why it filtered the review out. This will help educated us users and fix them. Without this automatic notification happening, 2 other potential issues come into play:

a) As s I keep adding reviews, only I see it, nobody else does and I am under the wrong impression that others can see them.

b) This also indicates that the reviews can be positively or negatively skewed for a given business if user reviews are filtered.

Ich habe das Gefühl, dass nur negative Rezensionen gesperrt, bzw. nicht online gestellt werden. Ich habe testweise heute eine sehr positive Rezension mit voller Punktzahl erstellt, diese ist sofort erschienen.

Aber meine vorherige, sehr negative Rezension, die auf sich auf einen offensichtlich betrügerisch agierenden Onlinehandel bezieht – wie auch die letzten Rezensionen von anderen User zeigen – wird nicht veröffentlicht. So kann dieses Unternehmen fröhlich so weitermachen, ohne das weitere Warnungen erscheinen.

I’ve been waiting for a Review for over a month as well, no policy was disregarded in the review so I’m quite unsure if it has to do with this problem or not.

I have not actually reviewed anything else since then due to the fact that my last review was never published… I’ve tried editing and reposting the review and it didn’t help. The review was in the email overview of my recent reviews but never actually showed up live.

Could you forward this as well please?
