Hey @RoshanPatel we had buttermilk too, but we prepared it at home and also some combined it with sweet jalebi(in different areas of gujarat) and spicy masalas in the umbadiyu! It’s everyone different preferences that what they would like to combine it with, like buttermilk or jalebi which makes it a wonderful recipe!
