I understand the operating policy of your organization.
I also think that your organization’s consistent management way should be respected.
That fact means that you and the technicians have yet to determine whether what I’m pointing out is legitimate or off-target.
So, as I mentioned in the previous comment, I will continue to send cases to SV Trusted Help until you and the engineers understand the meaning of the case, according to your needs.
