Featured Video (February 2024)
This month’s featured video is this interesting Huawei P30 Pro standard video shot taken by @MarkAuchincloss . In his description, Mark mentions that it showcases Galician gastronomy in one of the most popular and historic tapas bars in the heart of the Old Town of Santiago de Compostela, Spain, a city I know very well. Mark goes on to explain that it shows a plate of recent fried Padron green peppers which are dipped in hot extra virgin olive oil then sprinkled with sea salt before being served.
Being totally honest, I have to admit, what I found interesting about Mark’s video is that I thought it looked more like a plate of crispy fried green frogs. I say this because when I was in Castilla y Leon, frog legs were served deep fried.
