Hello @AdamGT, are the Average Views by Country boards correct? I’ve tried various interpretations and calculations of “average” and can’t understand why I’m on this board with an average of 2,759 per photo for my country.

The numbers here have gotten so massive, it’s hard to imagine climbing back onto the boards! At least I’ve still got high average views :melting_face:

I’ve just found the time to repost the correct Average Views by Country board @tony_b. Thank you for your usual deep checking and flagging this error. Hopefully it’s right now!

Thanks @AdamGT. Looks correct now. Better to be off the board, than to be on due to an incorrect calculation. That slot belongs to @iiBeMayaii :smirking_face:

Thank you for sharing this month’s leaderboard, @AdamGT

I noticed something interesting regarding my statistics. A few days ago, I took a screenshot showing that I was ranked in the Top Average Views/Photo by Country (May 2026) Leaderboard #317. However, when I checked again today, that statistic no longer appears on my profile.

I’m not sure what caused the change or how frequently these metrics are recalculated, but I found it quite surprising. Fortunately, I managed to save a screenshot before it disappeared.

Have you observed similar fluctuations in Local Guides statistics before?

Thanks for explaining that it was a leaderboard correction rather than a fluctuation in the contribution data.
