Also, Puerto Rico is part of the USA and not a separate country - just saying.

Thanks @MattGatlin so I got Puerto Rico wrong. Oh dear me! Also, regarding the USA average views per Star 360 title, without checking and I’m truly on the run at this moment, I’m not sure if @TiffanyStockstill updated or if she did, in time. She did raise a question in one of the posts about this but I’m not sure if she did update.

There are a number of anomalies in some of the country leaderboards so I do hope that everyone will do some deep checking. Will try to fix up everything as soon as possible.

Thanks @MattGatlin for the consideration and tagging me. I did not update my image, video or 360 stats separately but I did update my main data profile page. I believe also the issues with the sign on to the top100 site was due to a handle error and didn’t affect just me. None the less it’s corrected. While I appreciate @AdamGT :s work, I’m not sure why there isn’t an api that can pull all of this data from one main page once submitted. None the less, my view counts on 360 as of today are 538,192 . I would add the link to the main 360 image but I’m not sure this is fair or gaming manipulation. ‍

For last 2 months, I am unable to upload videos to Google Maps using Chrome browser. There is an ongoing issue with uploading it from desktop.

I mentioned it multiple times in other threads, but no update from those teams.

Unfortunately there is no API available @TiffanyStockstill so we have to do the best that we possibly can with what we’ve got.

Thank you for your appreciation @DanielTh . Now regarding your issue regarding uploading videos, you mention that the issue relates to uploading videos from desktop and this made me wonder if firstly, you tried different desktop browsers and secondly, are you having the same issue on mobile?

1. Yes I tried using different browsers and the same issue persists.

Below is the process I’m trying:

Click on Add Media,

Select Upload sub-tab (NOT the Google Photos sub-tab)

Then I browse, or drag-n-drop the video file which I want to upload.

The video is less than 30 seconds and it has vertical orientation (like Shorts)

I’m getting this error, that the selected file is not supported for upload.

Few months ago, the same steps used to work. But since the time, this ‘Google Photos sub-tab’ option coming up, I am unable to upload photos using Desktop browser.

Thanks for the reply with further details @DanielTh just a couple of quick question while I still have Internet connectivity as I am travelling. Are you by any chance using an iPhone? Have you posted your issue in Connect’s How-tos board?

I’m using a Samsung Phone - recording short videos in UHD format. On an average, a 20-seconds video clip file size is around 125 MB

Not using iPhone or Mac.
