The most indonesian favourite traditional cake : Nagasari

southNagasari, one of the most favorite steamed cake. This is a Indonesian traditional cake made from flour, rice flour, coconut milk, sugar and Filled with some banana slice Inside the cake. After that the cake fold with some banana leaf (this is make a special Aroma and taste). In other indonesian region nagasari called “Lapis Pisang kukus”.

The taste is so delicious and a little bit sticky because of its ingredients (rice flour), in my country this cake oftenly serve with a cup of tea.
