Yes you right dear @FalguniP very destructive, because of that local farmers call upas dew (upas = poison).

June to August is the right time because frost only appears in the transition of the rainy season to summer that month

This is the exact thing that happens in our Jos Plateau here in Nigeria because we have only two seasons too… @AnikSetyawati I have never been there but I intend visiting before the year runs out
