another great post … wow, what a great job you are doing, very interesting (and delicious) to know about the famous Asado. Your quality of meat is very famous all over the world, I do believe a local well prepared Asado must be amazing .
You need to come to Argentina so we can invite you an Asado! You also told me that you would like to learn spanish, so you can do both things in a row!
I am used to cook on the grill, but what I learned the first time that I visited Argentina is that a barbecue is very different from an Asado. The biggest parrilla that I have seen was on USA, but it was on a restaurant.
I have seen the same size of parrilla on a private house in Buenos Aires.
To be invited for an Asado was very common for me. The way of cooking, the sauce you use, but also the meat, are making the difference between Asado and every other grilled meat
yeah yeah Argentina is among my favorite country, if I come here and I miss Asado I would say to anyone that I had one day was in Argentina haha.
I like too much food, I like to see it even if I don’t eat too much. for my spanish training you promised me that you’ll give me course haha. I want to finish my studies in two weeks
Hi @Cecilita . I liked different parts, but the first thing that came in my mind is “Chorizo”. There is a market in my city that sell Argentinian Chorizo and sometimes I buy there and use in our “churrasco” (equivalent to “Assado”)
I want to know about italian pasta!!! I love pasta, and italians are the best on that dish! Are you going to write about that? Please tag me if you do!!
Congratulations for the wonderful post! I’ve read it with a lot of patience and I’ve learned a lot about asado. It’s very interesting for me as we I’ve never tried something Argentinian. You described everything so well that I want to try it now! It’s so nice because with such posts we can learn more about every culture.
Keep the wonderful posts that you always create and we will wait for the next one!
