I agree with you! In fact, Sendai beef, which is different from Sendai beef tongue, has a higher rank. This is not well known. I want you to look for it😋
@YasumiKikuchi I have tried Sendai beef and do agree it is very delicious. I also love Matsushima oysters with cold sake.

The two largest oyster cultures in tourist spots are Miyagi and Hiroshima. However, Miyagi is generally larger and tastes better.
