Thank you for sharing these photos with us and the video with the recipe, the meal looks very delicious!
Personally, I find your recipe very original and different from what I am used to. In Bulgaria, where I live, usually stuffed peppers or capsicums are filled either with rice, ground meat and rice, or beans.
I love to experience and try different and new tastes, so I think to try and recreate your stuffed capsicums. Furthermore, it’s the first time ever that I see stuffed pepper cooked in a pan, instead of an oven!
Is this a widely popular meal all over your country or it’s a recipe that you’ve created?
