@BorrisS I am so impressed of Plovdiv and its art, that I’m looking for more posts of this city in Connect. It’s such a beautiful place! In fact, I just read that it is the oldest city in Europe, even Rome and Athens.

This Owl could help me in my searching of the Plovdiv jewels

@VasT I can see the reason why that mural makes you day. It is shocking.

Hello @BeatrizAguilar ,

Indeed, Plovdiv is simply amazing ! It is a city that I always recommend to everyone who’s coming to visit Bulgaria - a must see city, especially the old town and the Kapana district.

@MdEmranulHoque , thank you very much and I’m very happy that you are enjoying.

@user_not_found your graffiti made me remember the lyrics of a song of Alan Parsons Project:

“I am the eye in the sky
Looking at you
I can read your mind
I am the maker of rules
Dealing with fools
I can cheat you blind
And I don’t need to see any more
To know that
I can read your mind, I can read your mind”

I just put the song on, @BeatrizAguilar . It’s a good soundtrack to viewing all the street art posted in this thread. Thanks for reminding it to me

@IrrPavlova @BeatrizAguilar my last feedback to Google photos team was " please add a mamagama theme",

so spooky you have mentioned that song from the same album.

Hi @IrrPavlova it’s good to know that you did put the song that I remembered with the photo posted by @user_not_found . I feel a connection beetwen art and music. When I see art, a determinated song (or melody) arrives to my head. But, it isn’t mean that “I can read minds”, is it?

All these murals are all beautiful and congratulations to all the artists!
How nice to walk around the city and discover all these colored corners in contrast with the usual gray of the cement!
Thanks again for sharing all these artistic works with us @BeatrizAguilar !!

Bye,

David

@davidhyno you wrote "The corners of colors contrast with the usual gray of cement!":clap:

It’s something like that: a little bit of spark, here and there, within the routine of the city.

@SP31 most graffiti of my post were painted during the International Graffiti Street Art Festival 8th edition held in Cúcuta, Colombia (August 2018) Festival atacarte with the participation of artists from Colombia and Venezuela, such as Arlex Campos who currently lives in Miami, Florida. I know that you live in Miami, so it’s possible that you see a stencil art of him.

OMG @BeatrizAguilar - I browsed his Instagram and I have seen his work! Now I’ve got a name and a face to the stencil works of his😀Thank you!

I envy you @SP31 because you live in a forward-thinking city that supports the art doing it more accessible for everybody . Street art concentrated in the Wynwood area in northwest Miami is perhaps the largest concentration of street art in U.S.A. (I was there, woo-hoo!)

I got t this information here Forbes: It’s not graffiti It’s street art the best mural festivals around the country

@BeatrizAguilar the largest concentration?! WOW! I had no idea considering street art is becoming more prevalent across the U.S. Makes me appreciate the fact that I’m only a few miles away from Wynwood even more :smile:I’m glad you had the chance to stop Wynwood by with your family!
