Dear @DeniGu a really huge thank you for the fantastic post!

Thank you also to the entire Google team for appreciating my activity so much to invested time and resources to share it with the global Local Guides community and even beyond through the video on their official channel.

I’m still deeply moved by the messages I keep receiving, both from the Local Guides community and from many friends in La Maddalena, including the local councillor for culture and tourism.
This project started two years ago (and will be completed this year) with a simple but important goal: to highlight historical and natural places that would otherwise remain unseen.

Northern Sardinia, and La Maddalena in particular, is a top tourist destination that almost completely “shuts down” in the winter.

My goal has been, and remains, to draw attention not only to the stunning landscapes but also to the history, the nature… to everything that truly enriches us.

Dear Local Guides, let’s not limit ourselves to posting photos of burgers or sashimi, let’s nourish the spirit too; and if we can let’s teach it to the world.

Dearest @MarcoDavoli … I feel like hugging you for doing such an amazing job Thank you for sharing the inspiration @DeniGu .. Marco is a true testament of a passionate and dedicated Local Guide whom we learn a lot from.and aspire. I love exploring nature as well, Marco and often blessed with the opportunity to see many hidden gems in my travel. National Parks and UNESCO World Heritage sites are often part of my and my family’s itinerary. Not always easy and sometimes it’s also expensive, but it’s worth a visit indeed.

Yet I’m not as dedicated as you in terms of capturing and documenting those phenomenon. I’m mostly selfishly enjoying all without documenting them well lol.

So again… Truly a labour love and I salute you for that . Terima kasih banyak Marco..

already planned June for the last missing trail in the minor island so that I can officially close my project. Well, it will never end. I’m planning to get the drone license and “upgrade” my streetview.

and do not forget this StreetView in French Guiana, Iles du Salut (have you saw the movie "Papillon?)
