Luigi Luigi Luigi…my stomach is literally growling now after reading your post. The detailed description made it look so simple and the photos are so appealing, that I feel like trying the pasta right now. I like pasta. I like seafood. I like clams, in particular. But I don’t think I will dare to cook it after reading the process of keeping the clams alive and the washing procedures. The last thing I want in my pasta is sand. I am lazy, hence I will not go through the process of cleaning the clams. But next time I go to an Italian restaurant, I will surely try it. The clams look really delicious @LuigiZ . I’m sure Adrian will like this recipe as well. Thank you for sharing.
