Sign up to be part of a cross-community pilot to help map traffic disruptions across India

This is good opportunity to contribute, especially in Delhi , where I am live.

Traffic diversions are common and part of everyday life, not just because of festivals or sporting events,

but also many infrastructure projects, like new flyovers and metro routes are being erected all the time.

@Julie_A

I will participate in this program

What a great opportunity for Local Guides based in India to get involved in. Helping to map traffic disruptions is an exciting Maps initiative and I so hope that this pilot program will lead to implementation in other parts of the world, including Melbourne Australia!

Great idea @Julie_A ! In Krakow (Poland), we have runs like marathons or half-marathons very often, and the whole city gets paralyzed then. It would be amazing to be able to inform residents in advance through Google Maps. I can only imagine how frustrated someone must be when they’re rushing to the airport and hit a closed street with no way through :face_with_spiral_eyes: Such a great initiative!
